Any auction at which the customer is given the opportunity to be present in person is deemed to be publicly accessible (sec. 312g Paragraph 2 No. 10 BGB). Every floor auction is publicly accessible, also for telephone and internet bidders, since they too would have the possibility to take part in person (Bundestagsdrucksache 19/27424 page 28).
