LEONARDO AND DIGITAL WORKS OF ART (DAW)

In cooperation with Cinello, NEUMEISTER is showing digital versions of WORLD-FAMOUS MASTERPIECES
 - limited, numbered, authenticated and protected by patents - as part of an exclusive sales exhibition in the Barer Strasse.

LEONARDO DA VINCI WAS THE GREATEST UNIVERSAL SCHOLAR IN HISTORY,

his Mona Lisa is the most famous work of art of all time. The genius's penchant for machines is legendary; his inventions include an automobile, hydraulic machines and clockwork. If Leonardo could take a look at today's art market, as a tinkerer fascinated by progress, he would surely be thrilled by the innovations and possibilities with which digitization is currently expanding the art market.

AT THE FOREFRONT OF THE BRAVE NEW ART WORLD IS CINELLO,

an Italian media company specializing in digital art works (DAW). This involves projecting the most important works in art history - by Leonardo, Caravaggio, Raphael or Modigliani - as high-resolution digital copies onto screens and surrounding them with a contemporary gold frame. Leading museums around the world, such as the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, have partnerships with Cinello and have transferred rights to the digital artworks to the company. In return, a portion of the sales proceeds goes to the partner museums to be used for conservation purposes. In addition, Cinello's digital approach aims to help Old Master art gain more visibility and attention, bringing it to a younger audience.

AS PART OF THE NEUMEISTER SHOW

the artworks can be purchased at prices ranging from 110,000 to 260,000 euros. Each replica is sold with a certificate. This is signed both by the museum where the original artwork is located and by Cinello. The buyer will receive a digital screen, a replica frame, an embedded unit that generates the image and a certificate of authenticity.

FIRST EXHIBITIONS OF THIS KIND

have already been held in London and Milan, with another planned for New York later this year. And in October, Cinello will do the honors at NEUMEISTER in Munich!

 KICK-OFF DER AUSSTELLUNG CINELLO@ NEUMEISTER

ist der 20. Oktober 2022, die Schau wird dann bis zum 5. November 2022 zu sehen sein.

What is a DAW®?

Created by Cinello, in partnership with the museum that houses the original work, DAW® - Digital Art Work: is a digital multiple in1: 1 scale, in a limited series, certified and not duplicable thanks to an innovative patented technology that guarantees its management.

Each DAW® is unique, numbered, authenticated, not reproducible, and respects all the constraints and requirements of the artwork, starting with its uniqueness.

With the approval of MIC, Cinello has entered into agreements with the most important public and private Italian museums - Monumental Complex of the Pilotta in Parma, Accademia Galleries of Venice, Museum and Real Bosco di Capodimonte, Uffizi Galleries, Brera Art Gallery, Veneranda Biblioteca Ambrosiana, Palazzo Pretorio di Prato Museum, Monte Foundation dei Paschi di Siena, Fondazione Querini Stampalia - who have authorized the reproduction of a wide selection of their most famous masterpieces.
