Paris, 18th/19th century, Henry Baltazar
Ebonized wooden case with tortoiseshell and brass inlays, gilt bronze applications. Brass dial with Roman and Arabic numerals. Inscribed "Henry Baltazar A Paris" on the base. Verge escapement with rear pendulum, 1/2-hourly count wheel striking mechanism on a bell. Back plate inscribed "Henry Baltazar A Paris". Key. Restored, additions. 58 x 34 x 15 cm.
