A precious natural pearl necklace with a decorative diamond rose clasp
Paris, B. Noury for Mauboussin, Paris 1895-1914
Clasp: platinum 950/-, assayed. Approx. 32 tiny diamond roses, totalling approx. 0.20 ct. 112 natural saltwater pearls, approx. 2.1 - 7.2 mm, body colour: light white, overtone: cream-gold-light rose, with a very good lustre, probably from Bahrain (1 small saltwater cultured pearl). Minor damage.
Length approx. 51 cm. Ca. 11.9 g.
Additional: original case made of light grey-blue silk, logo: B. Noury, Mauboussin SD, 3, RUE DE CHOISEUL, PARIS, DÈPOSE.
