ITALIAN SCHOOL (TUSCANY/ UMBRIA)
2nd half of 15th century, Mary with the Child and Angels;
Tempera / oil on canvas. 51.5 x 38 cm. Largely restored. Damage to the elaborately carved and painted frame. According to the Cyrillic name on the verso, the painting was transferred from wood to canvas in 1871.
Provenance: South German nobility.
