Yellow gold 18K 750/-, hallmarked. 20 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling approx. 0.40 ct., W (H), VS2. 24 oval faceted multi-coloured sapphires, totalling approx. 4.70 ct. (green-blue-pink-yellow-orange). In mint condition, unworn, handwork. Ear length approx. 2.8 cm. Ca. 7.35 g.
