A Lavallière necklace with two emerald pendants and diamonds
France, circa 1910
Gold 750/- and platinum, assayed. Approx. 52 diamonds in different old-cut shapes, totalling approx. 0.52 ct. 2 pear-shaped, faceted emeralds totalling approx. 3.7 ct. (approx. 13.8 x 6 x 4 mm / 14.4 x 6 x 5 mm), beautiful bright green. Minor damage to a few facet edges of the emeralds.
