Yellow gold 750/-, Dior, H6162, assay and jewellers mark, stamped. 50 small brilliants, together ca. 0.60 ct., TW (F-G), VVS1-2. 2 heart-shaped cabochon cut Wello opals, probably Ethiopia, d. ca. 6.0 x 8.0 mm, 2.48 ct., chocolate-brown base colour, 1 heart with lightning in orange-red-green, 1 heart in orange-green with a delicate hint of blue.
