18K yellow gold and platinum, tested. 4 old-brilliant-cut diamonds, altogether circa 0.65 carats. Circa 50 small trapeze-cut sapphires and 2 long scissor-cut sapphires. Minor nicks to 1 diamond.
Bar brooch: length circa 6.8 cm, earrings: diameter circa 5.96 mm.
Ring size: EU 56, UK P, US 7 3/4. Altogether circa 4.80 g.
