14K yellow gold, tested. 2 old brilliant-cut diamonds, altogether circa 0.80 carats, TCA-CA (N-O), SI-P. 1 cabochon-cut ruby of circa 1 carat (calculated weight), beautiful rich raspberry red. Minor nicks to 1 of the diamonds.
