THREE BROOCHES AND A BANGLE WITH MICROMOSAIC DECORATION
Italy, circa 1850
14K yellow gold, silver and und pinchbeck, partially gold plated, tested. The micromosaic has some minor damage, the settings are also slightly damaged in some cases as well as restored.
Circa 4.3 x 3.5 cm, 4.6 x 4 cm, and 4.9 x 4 cm, bangle (inner circumference): circa 16.8 cm. 2 brooches the bangle together: circa 58.52 g, the brooch with pigeons: circa 14.65 g.
Together with: 1 original box.
The micro-mosaics show a view of the Colosseum, two views of St. Peter with St. Peters Square, and the 19th-century motif of the Roman villa Hadriana: the drinking pigeons of Sosos.
